Psychologist-led - South Wales
A corporate away day worth the day out, designed around the real conversation your team needs to have.
A corporate away day is a planned day away from the desk where a team works on something more important than their inbox - strategy, leadership, communication, culture, or wellbeing. The problem with most away days is the format: a hotel conference room, an activity bolted onto an agenda, and a slide deck that quietly outlives any real change.
We do it differently. Every day is led by Dr Chloe Constable, a clinical psychologist, and built around what your team actually needs to talk about. The landscape, the food, and the rhythm of the day all exist to help that conversation happen.
You leave with agreed next steps, owners, and a noticeably different feeling in the room. Not a hangover and a hoodie.
Pick one - or we'll help you choose - and we'll tailor it to your team.

A corporate away day is a planned day out of the office where a team works on something other than business as usual - strategy, communication, leadership, culture or wellbeing. At Wilder Away Days, every day is psychologist-led and built around your team's actual needs, not a generic agenda.
Our Standard package starts at £1,000 and our Premium package is £3,500, both for teams of 4 to 20+. That includes facilitation by a clinical psychologist, all catering from the land, and full use of our 80-acre Monmouthshire site. Not-for-profit discounts available. If you want a per-head figure for your team size, try the away day cost calculator.
All our away days take place at The Grange Project, an 80-acre rewilding site in Monmouthshire, South Wales - about an hour from Bristol and 90 minutes from Cardiff. Teams travel in from across the UK.
Most team-building days run on activities. Ours run on facilitated dialogue led by a clinical psychologist, set in a wilder landscape that helps people slow down and speak more honestly. The activities matter, but they're a means to real conversation, not the point.
We work best with teams of 4 to 20+, which lets everyone be heard and keeps the facilitation deep. Larger groups can be split across the day - get in touch and we'll design something that fits.
Five questions every HR & People leader should ask before booking a team away day - plus the red flags to walk away from. Two pages, no fluff.
