1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our retreat services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Retreat Services
Our retreat services include but are not limited to:
- Multi-day team development retreats
- Facilitated outdoor activities and workshops
- Accommodation and catering services
- Travel coordination and support
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Final Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before your retreat date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30-60 days in advance receive a 50% refund.
Weather Policy: We operate in all weather conditions. Alternative indoor activities are available if needed.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate
- All participants must sign liability waivers before activities
- Participants are expected to respect the natural environment and follow Leave No Trace principles
- Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during retreat activities
5. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain comprehensive insurance and follow strict safety protocols, participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to hold us harmless from any injuries or losses that may occur during retreat activities.
