Wilder Away Days create structured space for teams to step back from daily pressures and work on what matters most - clarity, relationships, communication, wellbeing, and direction.

Set within a rewilding landscape in Monmouthshire, each experience combines expert psychological facilitation with meaningful time in nature. The result is not simply time away from work, but time that helps teams move forward with greater alignment, understanding, and momentum.

Our standard format is a fully facilitated one-day away day, individually designed around your team's needs, with an optional premium overnight experience for deeper reflection and connection.

    Facilitation in Wilder Nature

    Psychological insight meets natural wisdom

Our away days combine over a decade of facilitation experience with the restorative power of natural environments.

We create psychological safety, surface what matters beneath everyday conversations, and help teams translate insight into practical action.

Nature plays an active role in this process. Wilder landscapes slow thinking, reduce pressure, and widen perspective - allowing conversations to unfold differently than they do in offices or meeting rooms.

Together, skilled facilitation and natural setting create the conditions where meaningful change becomes possible.

All catering is prepared on site, using produce grown in our market garden wherever possible.

    Our Core Principles

Four foundations shape every Wilder Away Day.

    Psychological Safety

    Brave conversations, handled with care.

We create spaces where people can speak honestly, feel heard, and remain connected - even when perspectives differ. Real progress often happens at the edge of difficult conversations.

    Nature as Co-Facilitator

    Landscapes that calm and inspire.

Natural environments help regulate the nervous system and widen perspective. Groups listen differently outdoors - to one another and to themselves - enabling deeper reflection and clearer thinking.

    Practical & Reflective

    Insight that leads to action.

Reflection alone is not enough. Each away day closes with agreed next steps, ownership, and clarity so momentum continues long after the day ends. Optional follow-up support is available where helpful.

    Team-Centred

    Designed around your context.

Every team arrives with different dynamics, pressures, and goals. We tailor each experience collaboratively, ensuring the pace, structure, and focus match your organisation's needs.

    How We Work

    01

    Discovery & Design

We begin by understanding your team's context, challenges, and desired outcomes. Your away day is then designed specifically around these insights.

    02

    Facilitated Experience

Through expert facilitation, structured dialogue, and immersive time in our rewilded landscape, teams slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation.

    03

    Integration & Action

The day concludes with clear outcomes and agreed next steps, helping insights translate into practical change back at work.
