It includes expert psychological facilitation, bespoke design, and an environment intentionally created to help teams think differently, communicate more openly, and move forward with clarity. Our Standard Away Day
From £1,000 + VAT For teams of 4 - 20+
Our core offer is a fully facilitated one-day experience, individually curated for your team.
Each away day includes:
- Pre-day discovery and bespoke design
- Expert facilitation by a clinical psychologist
- Exclusive use of the venue and rewilding landscape
- Structured dialogue and guided reflection
- Nature-based activities supporting conversation and connection
- All catering, prepared on site using market-garden produce where possible
Designed for teams of 4 to 20+ participants, larger groups by arrangement.
Premium Overnight Experience
From £3,500 + VAT For teams of 4 - 20+
For teams wanting deeper reflection and connection, our overnight option extends the experience beyond the structured day.
Includes:
- Full facilitated away day
- Bell-tent accommodation on site in season, or rooms arranged with local B&Bs and hotels outside the camping season
- Shared evening meal and informal facilitated space
- Breakfast the following morning
Evening time often allows conversations to continue more naturally, creating deeper alignment and stronger relationships.
