A different kind of venue, in a different kind of landscape

Most away day venues in South Wales are hotels, conference centres, or activity sites. The Grange Project isn't any of those. It's an 80-acre rewilding project - meadows, woodland, ponds, returning wildlife - that we've spent years building into a venue for serious, restorative work.

The space is yours for the day. No other groups. No background music. Just your team, the land, and a psychologist holding the conversation.

    What the venue offers

    Indoor + outdoor space

Converted barn with dining and indoor session space, plus the full 80 acres for outdoor work.

    Catering from the land

Seasonal food prepared on site - long lunches at a shared table, not sandwiches in a box.

    Overnight bell tents

On-site accommodation for 2-day formats, plus nearby B&Bs and hotels for those who'd rather a bed.

    Psychologist-led facilitation

Every day at the venue is led by Dr Chloe Constable, a clinical psychologist - the venue and the work are one offer.

    Exclusive use

Your team has the whole site to themselves for the day. No other groups, no shared spaces.

    Bespoke design

Every day is co-designed in a discovery call so the venue and the agenda fit your team, not the other way round.
