Our approach
We create psychological safety, surface what matters and turn insight into action through expert facilitation in a landscape that changes how people think.
Four foundational elements that shape every retreat experience.
Brave conversations, handled with care.
We create spaces where people can speak honestly, be heard, and stay connected; even when views differ. That's where change happens, on the edge of difficult conversations.
Landscapes that calm and inspire.
Wilder settings slow the nervous system and widen perspective. Insights arrive more easily, and groups find a different way of listening to each other and themselves.
Structured dialogue, real decisions.
Every retreat closes with agreed next steps, owners, and timelines; so momentum continues after you leave the field. We balance reflection with action, including optional follow-up.
Respect for context, relationships, and pace.
We tailor our approach to your specific context and desired outcomes. Every retreat is unique and co-created to your needs.
We explore your context, goals, and team dynamics to design a retreat that fits your specific needs.
Expert facilitation guides meaningful dialogue, reflection, and activity in our rewilded landscape.
Clear next steps, accountability, and optional follow-up support to maintain momentum.
Our retreats are designed and developed by Dr. Chloe Constable, combining her clinical psychology expertise with deep understanding of how natural environments support meaningful change and group dynamics.
With years of experience facilitating transformative conversations in both clinical and organisational settings, Chloe brings a unique approach that honours both individual needs and collective outcomes.
Drawing on a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Masters in Systemic Psychotherapy and whilst still maintaining an academic role researching the power of nature connection, Chloe is deeply passionate about the power of nature based retreats.

Our approach draws on research linking leadership alignment, team trust, effective communication, wellbeing, and the benefits of natural environments.

"As a sales team we needed time and space to talk and think things through. The Grange Project gave us the perfect setting… a safe, informal and inviting space. Chloe's insights, questions and interventions were incredibly helpful. She set a good pace for the day and helped us land important conversations smoothly. The food was nothing short of amazing - much of it straight from the project's vegetable gardens. Cooking pizzas together in the evening gave us even more time to talk and enjoy each other's company. We will be back - in fact, we've already agreed another day later this year."
"The Grange Project offers an amazing opportunity for people to come together in a relaxed, beautiful environment which engages with nature at its best. The hosts were helpful, informative, attention to detail was amazing and they have developed a safe space for thought provoking conversations whilst providing different ways to interact with each other. This venue is highly recommended and won't disappoint."
